Datenbanken und Datensicherung in Finanzunternehmen

Zeit ist Geld- das weiß man schon seit Jahren. Dies gilt auch und vor allen Dingen für die Finanzbranche. Daher müssen Systeme beschleunigt werden, um Geld zu sparen. Datenbanken ermöglichen es uns heute, große Mengen an Informationen ordnen, zu verarbeiten und zu speichern; und das alles in recht kurzer Zeit.

Gerade für Banken und Versicherungen sind solche Datenbanken wichtig, da diese mit einer Vielzahl an Kunden zu tun haben und deswegen viele Daten speichern müssen. Kommt es trotz aller Sicherheitsvorkehrungen zu einem Datenverlust bei Banken, ist dies eine prekäre Situation und mit enormen Kosten verbunden. Denn der Verlust von Kundendaten ist eine heikle Sache. Die einzelnen Daten erneut zu beschaffen wäre zeitlich und kostenmäßig sehr aufwendig und von daher kauf zu realisieren.

Der Schaden muss also schnellstmöglich behoben werden, um den normalen Geschäftsablauf nicht zu sehr zu beeinträchtigen. Am schnellsten und einfachsten lässt sich eine solche Angelegenheit lösen, indem man eine Firma für Datenrettung beauftragt, die verloren gegangenen Daten wieder zu rekonstruieren. Die Datenrettung einer Datenbank geht auf diese Weise recht schnell, so dass der Schaden des Verlustes sich in Grenzen halten sollte; nach der Wiederherstellung sollten die sensiblen Daten wieder verfügbar sein. Bevor also größerer Schaden entsteht, sollten sich unbedingt Experten mit der Datenrettung der Datenbank befassen.
